Mustard Honey

Lychee flower honey is mainly light yellow in color. However, the color of the honey can be light or dark at the time of collection, which depends on the percentage, amount, location and concentration of litchi flower nectar in the honey. This honey is also very delicious to eat. It has a taste and aroma similar to litchi fruit. However, in natural bee honey, this change in taste may be due to the combination of nectar's from different flowers. The consistency of this honey can be thick or thin; if the concentration is too thin, the honey will foam. At high concentrations of honey, foam is not observed. Partial or complete coagulation after a certain period of time is one of the characteristics of litchi flowers. However, the partial or complete coagulation of honey depends on the concentration of honey and the abundance of nectar from different flowers.
